At first Ethan was just doing dishes and mopping the floor, then I mentioned to Rachel (one of the main people in the kitchen) that he had his food permit and now he's been doing stakes and cooking up a storm. On the the head kitchen people said that he learns fast and everyone appreachates him. Koodos for Ethan!
